Deployments

Saving source changes the dashboard record. Deploying publishes the current workspace sources, model attachments, provider configuration, and transforms to the runtime.

Safe workflow

1. Save every changed model, tool, or transform.
2. Deploy from an editor or the workspace deployment action.
3. Wait for the deployment to finish.
4. Test the deployed model in the editor or through the runtime API.

The dashboard shows each resource version relative to the workspace deployment version. A saved-but-not-deployed change is not serving traffic yet. A custom domain can become the active URL only after the domain connection becomes active.
